The block screen isn't appearing

Open Settings → Diagnostics inside Goalism. It reports whether Screen Time access was granted, whether the shield is applied, and when the block screen last drew. If Screen Time says anything other than Granted, iOS Settings → Screen Time is where to fix it.

My goals aren't showing on the block screen

Diagnostics shows how many goals reached the block screen. If it says 0, tap Re-sync to the shield on the same page.

I paid but Pro isn't unlocked

Tap Restore on the paywall. Purchases follow your Apple Account, so make sure the device is signed in to the account you bought with. Deleting and reinstalling the app keeps Pro — your goals and statistics, however, are stored only on the device and are lost.

How do I cancel a subscription

In iOS Settings, tap your name → Subscriptions → Goalism. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Does Goalism see which apps I block

No. Apple hands the app opaque tokens it cannot read. See the Privacy Policy.
